An engineering company combining aerospace-grade discipline with deep fire investigation expertise to protect the environments where a missed alarm costs lives and assets.
Our Solutions
Advanced multi-sensor monitoring for PCTC car carriers, container ships, and tankers. CO, VOC, thermal imaging, and AI analysis — detecting threats 5–15 minutes before visible flames.
Multi-sensor platform covering high-rack storage, loading docks, and hazardous commodity areas. Aspirating smoke detection, thermal imaging, and a clear roadmap to Canadian regulatory certification.
CPAN Solutions Inc. was founded in 2000 in Toronto, Ontario as an aerospace engineering company — providing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems design, component R&O, and project management to military and commercial aircraft operators. Authorized by the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).
Our founding team brings direct field experience from over 1,000 fire incident investigations across commercial and industrial facilities, electric vehicles, combustion engine vehicles, and transport. This includes failure mode analysis of electrical and non-electrical equipment to determine fire origin, cause, and ignition source — work that has been recognized at the level of expert witness testimony in the Superior Court of Justice.
We apply that same engineering discipline — precision, qualification, and documentation — to industrial IoT and safety-critical detection systems. With headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario and a development team in Poland, we deliver end-to-end technology: sensor hardware integration, embedded firmware, cloud backend, and AI-powered analytics.
Our focus: detecting fire before it starts, in the environments where a missed alarm costs lives and assets.
Sensor hardware integration, embedded systems, and industrial-grade device design
Cloud backend, real-time data pipelines, web dashboards, and mobile monitoring
Multi-sensor fusion, false alarm elimination, and predictive threat analysis
Designed to meet IMO/SOLAS, NBC/NFC, and ULC certification requirements
How We Work
We engage with industrial and institutional clients to solve technically complex problems — delivering outcomes as finished products, tailored engineered systems, or structured knowledge transfer.
We build proprietary platforms from concept through to production-ready deployment — hardware integration, firmware, cloud infrastructure, and user interface unified in a single, maintainable system. MultiSenseAI is the first of these.
For clients with specific technical requirements that off-the-shelf solutions cannot meet, we design and deliver tailored systems — from electrical and mechanical design through integration, testing, and commissioning.
We structure and transfer engineering knowledge as a deliverable — technical specifications, design documentation, qualification procedures, and IP licensing — enabling client teams to own and evolve the solution independently.
